The Mini-RIP (short for "Rotary
Indexing Press") uses an innovative turntable
design (called a "dial") to perform precision,
one-color screen printing.
Parts are loaded onto the dial manually or via
our optional auto-load add-on equipment. As
the dial turns, the parts are passed around to be screen printed.
Additionally, the Mini-RIP can be custom built to accomodate pre
and post screen printing treatments such as
flame treating, UV curing, and more.
With the appropriate auto-load/unload options,
this machine can handily print up to 7,000 parts per hour.
Our simple turntable design employs fewer moving
parts than our competitors machines and results in a machine with
a smaller footprint. This means that it will take up less space
on your plant floor, thereby freeing up space that you can use for
other projects.
