The MEMBRAIN 300 is a small laminating machine suitable for the assembly of membrane switches and touch panels! The MEMBRAIN is designed to assemble membrane switches faster, easier and with improved quality while eliminating the fatigue that leads to carpal tunnel syndrome.

To laminate pressure sensitive materials without air entrapment, wrinkles or bubbles, the components must come together in a gradual manner and with sufficient force to expel the air between the components just before they adhere. Conventional roll-to-roll Laminators obtain excellent lamination by applying this principle. However until now there was no practical way to obtain the same excellent lamination in a sheet-to-sheet application.

MEMBRAIN gets its name from the ingenious computer controlled operating and guarding system that is the key to the machine's simple, safe operation. MEMBRAIN has a reciprocating laminating roll which is guided by precision linear bearings. The laminating roll is completely covered by a pressure sensitive steel guard. If a foreign object greater than 3/16 inch thick is encountered by the roller mechanism during its travel the roller will stop immediately .
